What are travel packages?
Travel Packages are a collection of discounted premium activities, a free dessert, drink, gift certificate, automatic VIP membership, and concierge booking. This is for the convenience of guests who would like to save time and money but at the same time make the most of their vacation without stressing out about when and what to do.
We currently have two travel Packages, the “Action Pack” for those who are active and adventurous and the “Wellness pack” for those who are laid back and would want a focus on meditation and relaxation.
When can I avail?
This promo will run from June 3, 2022, until September 30, 2022.
How can I avail?
Those who will book a room at their regular price for 4 consecutive nights from the promo duration will be eligible to enjoy the perks of Travel Packages.
What are the perks if I avail the wellness pack?
The Wellness Pack will cover:
- 2 Kahuna premium beverages
- 2 Kahuna desserts
- 20% off at Spa Luana
- Kahuna VIP membership for one (1) guest with FREE 300 points
What are the perks if I avail the action pack?
The action pack will cover:
- 2 Kahuna Premium beverages
- 20% off on all treatments and services at Spa Luana
- 20% off bike rental
- Concierge booking for scuba diving (exclusively for certified divers)
- Kahuna VIP membership for one (1) guest with FREE 1000 points
- Kahuna P1,000 Gift Card
How are we going to be reminded of our schedule?
After booking and setting up your choice of package, the Front Office will take note of your schedule, provide you with a copy, and will notify you of your itinerary via call. Although guests are also advised to keep track of their own schedules to ensure a smooth process.
How many desserts and drinks are for free and how many?
The free dessert and drink will be pre-selected and there will be 2 desserts and 2 drinks per room.
I already booked for 2 days only. Can I extend to avail the travel packages?
Those who are currently booked for less than 4 nights and haven’t checked in yet can extend to avail of the Travel Packs subject to room availability.
How many guests are getting a VIP membership + FREE points? What if I’m already a VIP member?
One registered guest per room will be given automatic VIP membership + FREE points.
If there’s already a VIP member in the room, they can accumulate the points to be used on their next booking.
Can I use the VIP points upon check-out?
The points from the Kahuna GC can be used on your next booking.
What if I don’t want to avail a certain activity from my package?
It is up to the guest’s discretion to avail of the activity or not but it is still included in their perks.
There are 3 of us in the room and we’d want to schedule the discounted biking and spa treatment from the Action Pack. Will all of us pay 20% off?
All registered guests per room will be entitled to the perks listed on each package.
