What is Kahuna VIP?
Kahuna VIP is Kahuna Beach Resort’s Members-Only loyalty program that lets you experience more with every stay.

How to avail Kahuna VIP?
Simply inform the reservations officer upon booking or the front office upon check-in or check-out on your next overnight with Kahuna.

How do members earn points?
Kahuna VIP Members earn points as they pay for accommodations at Kahuna Beach Resort, food and drinks at Kahuna Restaurant. You earn 1 point for every PHP 50. The longer you stay, the more points you earn. And the more points you earn, the more rewards you unlock.

How do members redeem their points?
Kahuna VIP Members can redeem their points at Kahuna Beach Resort, or Kahuna Restaurant based on their membership tier. Every point earned is equivalent to one peso. 

What are the different tiers and its benefits?
Kahuna VIP has three tiers: Bronze, Gold, and Platinum.

When you join, you’re automatically a Bronze VIP where you can redeem up to 1,000 points (equivalent to PHP 1,000) at Kahuna Restaurant only.

You have to earn 1,000 points to be Gold VIP. Gold VIP can redeem up to 3,000 points (equivalent to PHP 3,000) at Kahuna Beach Resort for room accommodations only.

You become a Platinum VIP when you earn 5,000 points and can redeem unlimited points at Kahuna restaurant AND rooms.

What happens to my membership tier when I redeem points?
– Points redemption does not affect the membership tier they earned.

Can I redeem my points as gift certificate or cash?
Kahuna VIP points are not convertible to cash in any form but we will continue to expand redemption benefits for you to enjoy!

What happens when I redeem my points?
The transaction where a redemption has been made will NOT be eligible for earning points.

How do I know my membership tier and how many points I have?

What do I do if my points from my last stay has not been added?
– Contact us (email, phone number, message FB, etc.)
